I downloaded the file 'ECMA-376, Fourth Edition, Part 1 - Fundamentals And Markup Language Reference.zip' from the ECMA site which contains the file 'OfficeOpenXML-XMLSchema-Strict.zip' which then contains the file 'sml.xsd'.
